    ok..i got to declare my love to this lovely hero over here..
    ADELINE YUEN aka HERO
    without her..i dont know how am i gonna be like now..
    i wanna thank her for everything..
    thank her for lending me a listening ear whenever needed..
    im really glad that we got closer and thanks for standing by me all the time..
    .
    anyway..this is wad happen..
    during last sat junior trainin..
    we had some relay games..
    so i ran and fall badly..
    brave enough..
    i stood up and ran to the toilet coz i know im gonna bleed badly..
    so i ran to the toilet..
    using water to wash my blood away..
    at the same time..
    feeling damn giddy..
    den..
    i saw my hero,adeline running towards me with a first aid kit..
    shes the only one that actually ran over to look for me and help me with the injuries..
    seriously..
    i am so so so touched by wadeva she did..
    so as i was feeling giddy..
    i sat and slowly..
    my face turn white..
    ade was shock so asked a few over to help out..
    they stopped my bleeding and soon..
    i felt better..
    people who helped include gary, joanne, tomi and sihong..
    really wanna thank them and at the same time..
    sorry for the trouble..
    now..
    my knee, both hands, back and hips are injured..
    i HAVE to recover asap so that i can train as NCC is coming..!!
